You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction to open an account or use our financial products.
Loan approvals are subject to creditworthiness assessment, income verification, and debt-to-income ratio checks. Personal, home, mortgage, education, business, and auto loans each carry distinct rate cards and repayment schedules.
All investment products — mutual funds, gold, and stocks — involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice unless delivered by a licensed advisor.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, exclusions, and deductibles of each individual policy. Core Financial Evaluation acts as a licensed broker and is not the underwriter of any policy.
Home and auto warranty plans are service contracts — not insurance policies — and coverage is limited to the items explicitly listed in your specific plan document.
All fees — wealth management AUM fees, loan origination fees, insurance broker commissions, and warranty plan premiums — are disclosed in writing before any agreement is signed. No hidden charges apply.
Financial markets carry inherent risk. Leverage, derivatives, and concentrated positions can amplify losses. You are responsible for understanding the risk profile of any product before committing funds.
Tax outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and may change over time. Core Financial Evaluation provides tax optimization strategies, but final tax liability is determined by relevant tax authorities.
Loan default may result in late fees, credit bureau reporting, acceleration of debt, or collateral liquidation. We provide a 15-day grace period and hardship review before pursuing remedies.
Our total liability for any claim arising from financial services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Core Financial Evaluation in the 12 months preceding the event.
All content, tools, calculators, dashboards, and trademarks on this platform remain the property of Core Financial Evaluation. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written consent.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance through your registered communication channel.
